Building your pc's?

Hi.


(Soz if you see the html in this, i just started putting it into my posts.)


So basicly, i could count the number of totals that i know on bot[h apostrophe v]e my hand that build there own computers.
Not very many, me not beeing one of them.
The reason that i ask is that i was looking for a desktop, the spec that i wanted would've cost something like #1450 from dell but if i had built it, it would have come to about #875.
I mean i can put a hdd in if someones there to see if i am going wrong, but thats about all.
So,how did you all learn?
